Blake Street Mews
2 new contemporary designed houses have been created from an unassuming 1960's warehouse.
A new second storey timber framed cantilevered extension and trapezoidal oak bay window have lifted the building into the 21st Century giving exclusive views of York Minster.
Underfloor heating and highly insulated walls and sedum roof make these houses economical to run and maintain.
